Knorr Giveaway!

  2. Everytime we roast a chicken, I pick the carcass for leftover meat after dinner, then the carcass goes into the slow cooker to make stock overnight. Next night, risotto, usually with both the stock and the meat, diced.

  5. I add stock to a stew I make in the winter months. It contains diced beef, potatoes, carrots and mushrooms, very yummy! And easy as well, basically cooks itself once everything is in the pot :)
