Mint Raita

250 ml Natural Yoghurt
1 heaped tbsp Mint leaves
Pinch Sea Salt
Pinch Black pepper
Pinch freshly ground coriander seed
2 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar


1) Chop/ tear mint

2) In a mini chopper or blender add all the ingredients and pulse for 15- 20 seconds until mixed


Great for dipping poppadums in!
